Contest Rules

1. Promoter

The contest is run by What Flows You Consultoria e Mentoria LTDA, owner of the Longevia brand, registered under CNPJ no. 53.562.199/0001-08, based at Rua Paracatu 846, São Paulo SP, 04302-022, Brazil (the "Promoter").

2. Period

The contest runs from 00:00 on 7 November 2026 to 23:59 on 15 November 2026 (mainland Portugal time). Entry is free: no purchase, subscription or payment is needed.

3. Who can enter

People aged 18 or over, entering from Portugal, with an active mobile or WhatsApp number. Partners and employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are excluded.

4. How to enter

• Go to longevia.com.br/health-quiz and choose your language (Portuguese or English).
• Give your first name, answer the four questions about yourself (age, education, gender and city), and give your mobile/WhatsApp number.
• Accept these Rules and the Privacy Policy.
• Answer the 10 quiz questions, with 25 seconds for each.

You may enter more than once, but only one entry per mobile number counts: the best-ranked one.

5. Prize

One (1) prize for one (1) winner: two (2) weeks of free Longevia family membership and one (1) Longevia bracelet. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

The bracelet is sent to the winner at no cost to them, to an address in Portugal, which we will ask for when we contact you.

6. Condition to activate the family membership

To activate the two weeks of family membership, the winner must sign up to Longevia together with two (2) other people: family members or, if they have no other family, two friends. Each of those people creates their own account; Longevia does not collect their phone numbers through the quiz.

The sign-up must be completed within 7 days of the winner being contacted. Otherwise the family membership is not activated and the prize passes to the runner-up, as described in section 8.

7. How the winner is chosen

This is a skill contest, not a draw: the entry with the most points wins, calculated from correct answers and speed.

• Each correct answer is worth up to 1000 points. The faster the answer, the more points: the value falls to half by the end of the 25 seconds and is halved again in the last 8 seconds.
• A wrong answer, or no answer (time ran out), is worth 0 points.
• Tie-break: the shorter total answer time; if still tied, the earlier entry.

The time used is the time recorded by the participant's device. The Promoter may check the top entries and exclude any that show fraud or manipulation (for example, clearly artificial times or answers).

8. Announcement and contacting the winner

The winner is contacted by 22 November 2026, by phone, WhatsApp or SMS, on the number given in the entry. If they do not reply within 7 days, or decline the prize, it passes to the next-ranked participant (the runner-up), following the same procedure. The winner's name is only made public with their permission.

9. Personal data

The Promoter is the data controller. We process your first name, your mobile/WhatsApp number, your survey answers, your quiz answers and your answer times to run the contest, choose the winner and contact them about the result. The legal basis is your voluntary entry and your consent, given by accepting these Rules.

• During the contest, your first name is shown in real time to the organizers and the content team, on a private ranking no one else sees.
• Contact about Longevia products: only if you tick the optional box. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to platform@longevia.io or replying "STOP" to a message. Not ticking the box does not affect your entry.
• Retention: if you are not the winner and did not agree to product contact, your number is deleted 90 days after the result is announced. If you agreed to product contact, it is kept until you withdraw consent. The winner's number is kept until the prize is delivered and afterwards according to their consent.
• Your rights: you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw consent, at platform@longevia.io. You can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
• Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (Brazil and the United States), where the Promoter and its service providers (Supabase and Vercel) are located.

10. Changes and cancellation

The Promoter may change or cancel the contest for a justified reason, announcing it on this page. Changes do not affect entries already registered.

11. Governing law

These Rules are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any rights mandatory consumer-protection law gives you. Entering means you accept these Rules.
