Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service

Longevia is a family health education application. We provide audio episodes, quizzes and tools for mapping a family’s health history. Longevia is not a medical service, does not issue diagnoses, and does not replace consultation with licensed healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the service, you declare that you meet this requirement.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information when registering family members.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or purposes harmful to others.
• Not attempt to access other users’ data.

4. Acceptable Use

The following are prohibited: reverse-engineering the application, publishing offensive or misleading content, using the service for mass data collection, or any activity that violates applicable Brazilian law.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time by e-mailing platform@longevia.io.

6. Limitation of Liability

Longevia is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018) and the Consumer Protection Code. The courts of the District of São Paulo — SP are elected to settle any disputes.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by e-mail of relevant changes. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
